1. The data we collect
- Order and contact information: Name, mobile number, email address (optional), city and address, and details of the order or request for a quote.
- Log in: The mobile number to which the WhatsApp login code will be sent. We do not use passwords.
- Limited technical data: Such as browser type and IP address for security and abuse prevention purposes, and anonymous usage statistics for site and academy improvement.
- Basket contents: It is saved only on your device (in your browser) until you submit the request.
2. How we use your data
- Order fulfillment, price quotes, delivery, and communication with you regarding them.
- Invoices are issued in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Sending login code and order status messages.
- Responding to your inquiries and providing technical support.
- Protecting the site from unauthorized use.
We do not sell or rent your data to any third party, and we do not send you marketing messages without your consent.
3. Data sharing
We only share the minimum data necessary with: shipping and delivery companies to deliver your order, the licensed electronic payment gateway at checkout (card data does not pass through our site), the WhatsApp messaging service provider to send the access code, or government agencies when there is a legitimate request.
