1. Definitions
«The »website« is mits.sa, and the »company« is MITS GROUP, Commercial Registration No. 7033946612, Tax ID No. 311034421100003. The »customer” is anyone who requests a product or service through the website.
2. Orders and Prices
- Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals, and next to each price it is indicated whether it includes VAT.
- The order is considered confirmed after the electronic payment is completed, or after the company confirms the order in the case of bank transfer and payment upon delivery.
- The company reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount in case of stock shortages or a clear error in price, after informing the customer.
- Products that appear with the "Request a Quote" button have their price determined by a separate written offer according to the project.
3. Payment
Electronic payments are processed through a licensed payment gateway, and the website does not store card details. For bank transfers, please include the order number in the transfer notes.

6. Warranty

7. Installation and Use
Electrical products and solar energy systems must be installed by a qualified technician. The company is not liable for damages resulting from installation or use contrary to instructions.
8. Privacy
